In conjunction with EMBC, the Canadian Red Cross, Samahquam First Nation, and Land Forest Peoples LLC., the LSTC is working diligently to provide an emergency services frame work to assist with managing emergency situations throughout the Lower Stl'atl'imx Territoty.
